A concentrated kitchen degreaser/sanitiser that cleans and disinfects all catering hard and food contact surfaces including chopping boards, food processing equipment and utensils. Suitable for a variety of sanitising tasks in food handling areas. In diluted form can be used on all stainless steel surfaces, food processing equipment, worktops, storage areas and utensils.

 Compliant to BS EN 1276 standard for biocidal efficacy at a dilution of 40:1 and a contact time of 5 minutes in DIRTY conditions.
